Demandium service man app is another important module for the Demandium Multi Provider on demand system. A provider can add multiple servicemen to their business, and a serviceman can use this app to manage their assigned tasks properly.

Please Note:
This is a demo app, and many people are testing this credential simultaneously. For a better experience with the Demandium serviceman app, we suggest you create a unique serviceman account from the provider panel first.
You can follow these steps:
- log in to the Demandium Provider Panel ( Demo )
- Go to Serviceman Management > Add New Serviceman
- Create a unique Derviceman account with demo credentials
- Click ‘Submit’, then download the Serviceman App ( Demo )
- Now, log in with the credentials you just created.
- Enjoy exploring the Demandium Serviceman App!

Dashboard with Statistics
The Demandium Serviceman App comes with a dynamic dashboard that shows statistics of various booking summaries such as total assigned booking, ongoing booking, total completed booking, total cancelled booking, and recent booking activities.
View Booking Request
When a provider assigns a task to a serviceman, the serviceman can see the booking request on the Serviceman app. This feature is available on the booking list page, where they can change the booking status from accepted to ongoing.
Change Booking Status
In the booking history section of the Demandium Serviceman App, users can change the booking status by viewing the booking details. They can change the booking status from ongoing to completed or cancelled.
Change App Language
Servicemen can change their app language by selecting their preferred language from the Demandium Serviceman App.
Dark Mode Available
The Demandium Serviceman App comes in both light and dark modes or appearances for a better user experience.
Edit Serviceman Profile
Servicemen can edit their profile information easily. The edit profile page has two different sections. One is the general info where servicemen can change their name, email, identity type and identity number. The other section is the account information, where the servicemen can change their phone number and create a new password for the app.
Booking History
On the booking history page, servicemen can view complete and cancelled booking history. They can also tap on a specific booking and view the booking details page from here.
Serviceman Profile
On the serviceman profile page, the servicemen can change the app appearance, view their brief activity, edit their profile, and view notifications.
Chatting Option
Servicemen can chat with admin, provider, and customer in real-time from the inbox section of the Serviceman App.
App Legal Pages
The Demandium Serviceman App includes various legal pages such as privacy policy, terms & conditions, refund policy, and cancellation policy, which are set by the admin from the admin panel.
Booking details page
On the booking details page, servicemen can see the booking number, booking status, booking & schedule date, service address, payment method & amount, booking summary, provider & customer info, etc.
View Customer’s Location
Servicemen can view customers’ live location from the Demandium Serviceman App. This allows the servicemen to reach the customer’s location easily and quickly.
Download Invoices
The servicemen can view, download, and print the service invoice if they want.
Cancel Any Booking
Servicemen can cancel any booking assigned to them if the admin allows this option from the admin panel.
With the Demandium Serviceman App, providers can easily keep track of the servicemen under them. The servicemen can provide a smooth service to the customer and customers will experience a hassle-free service. So it’s a win-win for all!
